Shipping and Delivery Policy
Order Confirmation
All orders placed by the customer shall be subject to confirmation by the Company, which is contingent upon the availability of the product.
Order Dispatch
Upon confirmation of the product’s availability by the designated internal team, the order shall be dispatched within two (2) business days from the date of such confirmation.
Shipping Partners
All orders shall be shipped through the Company’s authorized and partnered logistics vendors.
Tracking Information
Upon dispatch of the order, the corresponding tracking details shall be duly communicated to the customer via the registered communication channels.
Shipping Charges
The applicable shipping charges shall be automatically calculated and displayed at the time of checkout prior to the completion of the purchase.
Responsibility for Return Shipping – Company
In cases where the product has been wrongly delivered or is found to be defective, the Company shall bear the return shipping charges.
Responsibility for Return Shipping – Customer
In cases involving issues such as size, fitting, or any reason not falling under Clause 6 hereinabove, the customer shall be solely responsible for the return shipping costs.
