Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
A product or item shall be eligible for return or exchange only if it has been wrongly delivered or is found to be defective, subject to the item successfully passing the quality checks prescribed by the Company.
Shipping Charges
In instances where a product has been wrongly delivered or is defective, the Company shall bear the cost of return shipping.
Exclusions from Return or Exchange
Return or exchange shall not be applicable in cases involving issues related to size, fitting, or any other reason not explicitly mentioned under Clause 1 hereinabove.
Condition of Returned Items
Any product or item intended to be returned must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original product tag.
Non-compliance with the conditions stated in this clause shall result in disqualification of the item from being eligible for return or exchange.
Timeline for Raising Return Request
The customer must raise a return request within forty-eight (48) hours from the receipt of the delivery of the product.
Procedure for Initiating Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange request, the customer shall send an email to returns@nomadcollections.in, clearly stating the reason for return and attaching appropriate photo or video evidence in support of the claim.
Verification and Approval
All return or exchange requests shall be subject to verification by the Company’s internal team and shall be either approved or rejected within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of submission of the request.
Refund Processing
Where a return has been approved on the grounds stated under Clause 1, the refund shall be processed within seven (7) working days to the original payment , subject to receipt of the returned item at the Company’s designated warehouse in satisfactory condition.
